Good Day. I am following your recipe for coconut milk yoghurt with my new InstantPot. For the first step, when you are boiling the yoghurt, are you using the venting position or the sealed position of the lid? I can only seem to get my yoghurt up to 140F...in the instant pot book it suggests that "boil" will bring it to 180F. Thanks for any input. Charmaine
